Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy by simply clicking on the add to cart button. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You can change your mind at any time before you "checkout" and your payment details are processed. You can even have your gift sent straight to the recipient(even if they are not at the same address as the cardholder) Each order has a handling fee of 90p added. At the present time we will only accept orders from within the UK and ship to addresses on the UK mainland. All purchases will therefore be in pounds stirling.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron andJCB. Your card will be debited at the time of purchase. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, letter mail or over the secure Internet connection. The preferred method of payment is through the secure Internet system provided by Protx.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We charge for items by weight and add a small handling charge which is proportionate to the total invoice value. For high value purchases we may waive the charges from time to time. Please see the checkout prices for current information, where the price you see is inclusive of any shiping charges within mainland UK. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally ship your order in 2 business days and delivery will normally take up to 5 working days. If the item is out of stock we will inform you of the estimated shipping date to confirm that you are happy with this arrangement. |

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. In addition we will accept returned goods within 30 days if you are not satisfied and if they are returned unopened and in perfect condition. The sender is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or damaged. In this instance please contact us for returns details before shipping to ensure we can arrange for payment, we may not be able to reimburse excessive shipping costs if we have not agreed terms prior to shipping.
Returned items and cancelled orders will be subject to our standard handling charges.
We use our best endeavours to check everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure it's in good condition. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, if you do have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive a product that is faulty, you can return it within 14 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note, if you are purchasing an item that is personalised, e.g. a chalkboard, we will only replace the item if it is faulty.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
If the item has been used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.

Although our prices include postage and packing we do have a handling charge of 90p per total order to offset the cost of packaging, printing and stationery. The handling charge will not be refunded if an order is cancelled or an item is returned for any reason.
Large items e.g furniture and garden structures are despatched direct from our suppliers. Please contact us if you need a guaranteed delivery date before you order so we can give you up to date delivery times. Dispatch is by 2nd class post unless you request other arrangements.
